“The souls of the just are in the hand of God, and no torment shall touch them… they are in peace.” (Wisdom 3:1,3)
Faith is such a precious gift from God. It is how we believe, learn to trust, place all our hopes in God, and look forward to the world and day to come when our longing for God, for the fulfillment of hopes and dreams, for the being in perpetual peace and entering that everlasting day that never ends but lives forever is wonderfully fulfilled. Although we long for that everlasting happiness and eternal peace, we miss those who longed for that day but seems to have come and perhaps came too suddenly or quickly. We miss our loved ones, at times those who remain here with us and certainly those who have gone before us to rest with the Lord in peace. Prayer is another great gift from God. We can pray to and for our loved ones and ask them to remember us also in prayer. Let us know how we might join you in your prayer in remembering the memories of those who have gone before us in faith and now prayerfully rest in God’s peace and also to remember any one else that might find light and a little extra support from joining you in that great awesome gift we call hope, and faith, and prayer. We remain united in communion and prayer and join you in a spirit of prayer praying for our loved ones and those of the whole world.
